Is my donation tax-deductible?

Your donation is tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Please note that purchases from the Prostate Cancer Awareness Project store are not tax-deductible.

Is my credit card information secure?

The Prostate Awareness Project is committed to ensuring the security of your information. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of the information, we use the Network for Good donation system.

Network for Good is a BBB Accredited Charity and uses industry-leading Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to keep your personal information as secure as possible and protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Network for Good helps to protect your information by working with partners that provide a secure and safe environment for credit card donations. Can I pay by check?

What if I don’t want to submit my credit card information over the Web?

If you would like to make a donation by credit card, but not over the Web, you can call us and we will take down your information. Our number is 1.310.356.3872.

Can I make my donation in honor or in memory of someone?

Does the Prostate Cancer Awareness Project issue tax receipts?

Yes.  We provide a donation letter for each donation regardless of amount.

When can I expect my receipt?

Emailed tax rececipts are sent as soon as the donation goes through. If you do not see your receipt make sure that the email has not been caught in your junk or spam folder. Tax receipts for donations of $250 or more should be received by mail in 3 to 4 weeks.

What if I need a duplicate copy of my receipt?

Does the PCAP sell or rent my information to anyone?
